TO RETURN YOUR RENTALS:
***You may return your rentals to Dechelle Ellis at the MISENHEIMER CAMPUS Business Office Mailroom-Administration Building***
OR Follow the steps below to ship them to us
- On the back of all of our rental books, there is a sticker with the due date.
- If you are unsure of the rentals you have out, send an email to email@example.com with your student ID number and full name and we will email you back with the books you rented.
Please make sure that all items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during the shipping process. Fill any empty spaces with clean filler.
- Pfeiffer University Bookstore is not obligated to issue a refund for return shipments that are lost or damaged*.
Make sure to include as much information as possible so that we know who's return it is. Below is the information we can use to process your return:
- Student ID Number (required)
- Name (required)
- Order number
- Email Address
- Phone Number

- **PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM AND/OR JUNK FOLDERS IF YOU CANNOT FIND THE LABEL!!**
- You will only be provided ONE free return label so, be sure to send all of your rentals back at once or you will be responsible for any additional shipping.
****If you used your free label and still have rentals, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS, or insurable U.S. Mail service.
