Pfeiffer has a shipping team dedicated to making sure your books are carefully packaged and sent direct. On average, you can expect your books a week after they are ordered. Should you need expedited shipping, please give us a call at 888-505-0739.

Textbooks are eligible for a full refund if the class has been cancelled, you have dropped the class, or if the wrong textbook was purchased. Items/textbooks may be returned for a full refund 7 days from the date of delivery, if the purchase was made by cash or credit card. Purchases made through financial aid have until the day financial aid closes to receive a full refund.
